Naked Girls Reading is a franchise. Founded by the burlesque queen, Michelle L'Amour (Chicago), franchises have spread all over the world.
In December 2011, I moved from San Francisco to Columbus, Ohio. The San Francisco chapter of Naked Girls Reading closed at that time.
The San Francisco cast included: Carol Queen PhD, Lady Monster and Ophelia Coeur de Noir.
Each event featured a special guest and special activity.
The reading featured literature from other writers/performers than the cast, read to you by women in the nude.

Come to San Francisco to say "Ta Ta" to the Queen and Originator of Fire Tassel Twirling.
These are her FINAL performances and appearances in the UNITED STATES.
Satans Angel will be in San Francisco for TWO WEEKS, appearing at various events and venues.

"Have Tassels Will Travel" is a memoir play about the life of a burlesque star - as told by The Devil's Own Mistress, Satans Angel.
Performing as Young Satans Angel: Miss De Minna, Older Satans Angel: Lady Monster (Satans Angel's protege).
Features stories, slides and costumes from her times at San Francisco's Condor Club, the Las Vegas Strip, Paris' Folies Bergere and Bob Hope's USO Tour -
not to mention her kiss-and-tell adventures with Clint Eastwood, Janis Joplin, Hedy Lamarr and Bobby Darin. After the glory of fame comes the downfall,
but she rises like a Phoenix and back to being "Legend of the Year" in the Burlesque Hall of Fame in Las Vegas.
